Where Art Lives helps youth use art to better understand issues of graffiti, vandalism, and public art. It is funded through a grant from the San Francisco Arts Commission with support from the SF Department of Public Works and is managed by Uphill Arts, a fiscally sponsored project of Independent Arts & Media.
